Mr. Bass Guy

Dear Mr. Bass Guy,

Why have you started infiltrating our neighborhood with your need to blast your radio and send vibrations from your +10 bass through the floors and walls of our house?

I do enjoy myself some rockin' bass too but not from two blocks away.

You must not know that I am an overprotective Mommy of her baby's sleep.

And when you wake him from his sweet slumber in the middle of the night or his much needed afternoon nap on... on any day of the week... I want to come find your car, write down your license plate number, call the po-lice, and not care if you see me do it.

(ok I would be totally freaked out if he saw me do it!!)

Normally very happy Mommy getting upset at your inconsiderateness,
NCF

P.S. Just when the 437 pups in the houses surrounding us stopped communicating with each other at all hours of the night (and day).

Maybe their owners are getting them together for playgroups or coffee so they can catch up with each other and chat then instead of the middle of the night or during naptime =) They've been so quiet and wellbehaved lately!

P.S.S. You even forced me to say, "DUDE, are you kidding me?" =)

You seriously should call the police for disturbing the peace. I'm not scared! Give me the number - I'll call it in! LOL

You are hilarious!

Sorry for that pain in the boot-tay, though! Maybe he has been there a while, but the dogs drowned him out before?? ha ha! Really, if it keeps disturbing the sleep, you should call and report it even if you don't have specifics yet!

You are funny! They are still building houses in our neighborhood so we get to listen to the workers tejano music!! Not that I don't like a little tejano/salsa, but that loud and all day?? No thanks!

ohh...I know what you mean! In VA we had the bass guy and the Harley Davidson guy, but in KS we have the neighbor's lawn service leaf blower guy, lawn mower guy, and chainsaw guy. There are times when I want to walk over there and say would you mind taking a break from the hours of 1-4? And, don't even get me started on the ice cream man!! p.s. you are living close enough to SoCal so you can say Dude ;)

I would have called the cops. They can at least do a drive through for a noise complaint. Trust me I have called before. Got my point across to!

LOL... We have a restaurant that is across a MAJOR street, behind our house, which is also separated by a large creek behind our house - and we still hear their karaoke on the weekends.

We've called the cops several times and it never changes... sorry.

DUDE! LOL

Thanks for finding my blog. I love yours!! We are not big fans of our neighbors right now either who seem to be knocking on our door at 2am. It is creeping us out. We live in a building with 4 other apartments so we can't figure out who it is!

Look forward to reading future posts!

Ugh, I hate that! Most of my neighbors are hispanic and tend to like to listen to mostly mariachi type music AS loudly AS possibly in their automobiles, while parked outside the house. They also drink tequila while doing so. I am not kidding.

Hahaha!!!

I say you seriously slip this note to them. Then of course blog about it cause I'd love to see what'd happen. ;)

That must be so annoying though!

I love it! Very well written. I would be calling too if I were you. Baby's sleep is too important.

UGH! How annoying and just downright disrespectful! That would make me so mad if I had just put my baby to sleep and that music woke him.

I'm not one to complain to others but in a case like that I totally would!
