WW - Are You Lovin It?

We just moved from the east coast to the west! We love the clear and sunny skies! And a view of mountains everywhere! We love the lack of traffic and a bit of a slower pace of life! :) Oh, there's sooo much less traffic here! And it's so easy to just hop on a loop, or an interstate, and get anywhere pretty quick, even if it is miles away! We miss our family and friends back east but are also excited about being close to family out here too :) We don't know exactly where the future years will take us, how many years we'll be here, but we love living life together, and are excited to see what is to come, in God's will :)

Hiking and A real life rainbow!

Do you love where you live? Are you a city chick, a country chick, or a burb chick? I love and am so intrigued learning about our amazing country (and others too :)) and where people live! What do you like, what do you love? Did you just move or are you moving? Do you like your new spot? Where would you move if you could? I look forward to hearing about where you live or want to live!

WW put on by the super cute Angie at Seven Clown Circus!

I love where I live! I am a small town country girl, and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Not a fan of where I live--we want to move to a smaller town to raise our brood. Glad you like your new digs! Thanks for stopping by! =)

We've moved three times for my husband's job and are now back in Ohio close to where we were both raised (and close to our families.) We bought a home in the middle of nowhere, which took me several years to get used to...but now I LOVE it. It's a great place to raise your kids!

I'm to burb gal. I LOVE a good, safe suburb CLOSE to a metropolitan area. That's one of the reasons I loved living where we did in OR. We lived in the great city 9 miles from Portland. I live in a Suburb of LA now......I LOVE the WEST coast. I LOVED the east coast (NE) too when I lived there, but it was too cold. Have you divulged where you are living in the West coast now?

I'm a city girl! DC is my favorite place I've ever lived...it was amazing! We live in Pawleys Island, SC right now. It's beautiful and we love it. It's very small though. Who knows where we'll end up?!?! :)

I like where I live... but i don't love it! I have always lived in small towns. I think I would like the city but I guess you never know until you try it. I always say though that I am a city girl living in a small town! But I kind of like being different in a small southern town!

I was raised in Louisville, KY & was always a city girl...but my hubs moved me out to the country 7 years ago & now I'll NEVER go back to the city. When I go to visit my parents - the traffic & stress of all of the hussle freaks me out!!! I'll now take the smell of cows & the sounds of coyotes howling to the smell of smog & sounds of loud radios booming in the middle of the night...plus, country areas are just GORGEOUS!!!!

SO happy for you in your new phase of life! It's exciting. We live in a suburb of Orlando for years now and we have taken great pride in watching our small town grow. It's quaint & charming without being pretentious yet we're so close to the tourist attractions. We have the best of both worlds!!!!!

those are some great photos.
I live in the Midwest. I love it with all the season changes. We live in the best compromise place. We have land in the woods for my hubby but it is only 10 minutes from the mall and the city for me.

Great pictures. I love where I live. I'm also on the west coast and I couldn't imagine not living near the ocean.

I am certainly a small town girl. I was raised in a town of about 2000 and this is where I continue to call "home." I lived there my entire life and went to college about 25 miles away so I really never left. Hubby and I live in another slightly bigger town about 15 miles from my small town and I still work in our little small town. I just love the small town feel--although there are certainly disadvantages due to gossip (but that happens everywhere). We have all four seasons and although spring & fall are definitely my favorite, I love having all four because by the time I've spent 3-4 months with one season I'm ready to move on to the next set of clothes in my closet. ;o) I hope hubby and I can raise our family in a small town so they can enjoy it as well. Don't get me wrong, I love to visit big cities--but only visit.

i do love the town i live in. I love the city, but I dont think I would love it as much if i lived there. I love that we actually have 4 seasons here!

Well... I could spend hours extolling the virtues of a visit to us, but they have little to do with our actual location. Although the fall at my house is perfectly lovely. We have hardwoods in the back yard ( a rarity) that are especially lovely through my big picture windows. And very mild winters. Not much traffic. And the nicest people.

Plus, we play a mean game of "Thurn and Taxis."

You know, I didn't think I'd like Atlanta, but I love it now that we're here. I definitely admire all things urban, fast, and stylish....but when it comes down to it, I appreciate life most at a slower, more conservative place.

ONE day, we'd love to move back to my husband's small town and raise our family there!

I love where I live! It is a small college town but has everything I need shopping wise. :)

If you like learning about other places, you should join Debbie over at Blog Around the World . She features a few blogs from different areas around the country/world every day. It's really educational and fun!

I am in Wisconsin and I wouldn't live anywhere else. I love the change of seasons and everything about it:-)I am a city girl but love to visit the country:-)

I long for Colorado...I can't wait to move there!!!!

As an Army wife I have learned to find the best in every place we live, but I can say with a fair amount of certianty that Missouri WILL NOT be where we retire. This place has its good points ... plenty of outdoor activities, ALL 4seasons, 2 hour drive to St Louis and its MANY attractions, but theres something about this place that just doesnt scream home to us.

I like where I live and really couldn't picture myself living anywhere else. Although, one day I would love to retire to a home in the mountains on a lake...that would be perfect!

I think I'm a suburban kinda girl. I like it a little slower pace, but I like being close to anything I need. But I've never really been west. So we'll see. :) gorgeous pictures.

I'm not a city girl and I hate the traffic where I live...and the snow. Hubs and I are hoping and praying we'll be heading south soon!

I like Dallas because it's great for being young and single. Tons of things to do, it's a clean, vibrant city with great jobs, history and adventures to offer.
BUT, my heart is in the northeast and I eventually need to get back there. That is where I feel at home.
I dream of living in Manhattan all the time!!!

I love where I live. It is very rural. I don't like the ignorant people who live around here sometimes, but I love the views, the quiet atmosphere and the safety (for the most part). Lovely photos and it looks like a nice place to live!

I like where I live. I've lived here most of my life and my husband was born and raised here. I wish there was less smog and fewer cars on the road. But our family is here, traditions are here. In about 6 months we may have to pick up and leave (job change). I have learned to always be careful of what you wish for, it might come true. (Is that a song?)

I am content but wouldn't choose Central Texas if I had a choice. This is our 9th home in 12 years. So ready to settle down somewhere. Next move scheduled already--moving to East Texas in the summer. Hopefully, this will be the LAST time!!! Tennessee was my favorite place to live! I like it in between....can't take the big city traffic...and really need more than a small town has to offer. Fun questions.

I love where I am at right now! I grew up in a small town and I am now living in the 2nd biggest city in my state. (which isn't really that big!) I'm very content! But one day I would love to be in a smaller area just outside of a big city. My husby will be looking for places to do his residency in a few years and I'm hoping to end up someplace fun and new. Maybe Colorado...I would love to live there for a while. I'm glad you are happy being in a new place!

I live in SC and I love it! I live in a little college town and it's fun. But...if I could live anywhere else it would be NYC! It is hands down my favorite place EVER! I love love love cold weather, so anywhere with lots of snow would be just fine with me. Maybe Alaska or Colorado?!?

Well, I was born in Colorado but moved to southern California when I was two and then to Minnesota when I was nine. Have been here ever since. I am sure I would like other places and it is cold here, but we have it good here with all of our lakes and green space. I have become a northern girl. I can handle it when it gets below zero and I LOVE sitting inside by a fire when the snow is falling outside! A white Christmas for me! OH! And I am a CITY girl (with a big backyard - the best of both worlds)!! Twin Cities ROCK!
