I was at the grocery store the other day shopping the isles, doing my thang, and completely in my own world! I was without child that day, he was napping at home with Daddy, thanks "B" :)
Just like a normal shopping trip I would stop every now and then to compare products, look at prices, or try to find something I needed, when I totally noticed myself rockin', boppin' my head, and singing to the grocery store music!!
I can't help dancing or gettin' my groove on when I hear music!!
I quickly looked around to see if anyone saw me...noone...so I just kept on...although I would have kept on even if people were there...just a little less obvious! :) Do you have to dance and rock it out (or harmonize!) anytime you hear music? Haha!

Actually, I was in a PALS class the other day and our instructor told us to do chest compressions to the beat of an 80's song. Now I can't remember which one it was but we all started singing it!
I dance to the music when Andrew is with me. It embarrasses him and that's hard to do!
I do have to move to the music too!
My son hates when I do it, so sometimes I kick it up a notch or two just to get him going....he gets so embarrassed!!
The store's security cameras probably saw you and loved it :-)
I'll sing with the music for sure - dance sometimes.

Oh, girl, I can't tell you how many times I'm dancing to good grocery store music! I must look like such a goob but I just keep on! Gotta love some good dance music anyTIME I can get it.
I am totally the same way! I find myself harmonizing with pretty much any music that is playing and have definitely been caught boppin' my head and rockin' to some grocery store (or elevator) music! Too funny!

Oh Yeah, I can't help it. I have even been known to dance with complete strangers...especially cute old men. I admit it. I have no shame.
I am guilty of this also... the other day "Get Down On It" was playing... I swear I was bustin' a move in the middle of Safeway.

I try to keep it all in my head because, seriously, I can't carry a tune in a bucket! Sure wish I could, but if I started singing along I'd probably clear out the store!

Last year when Witt was just a wee little guy I was desperate to get out of the house. New England winters can be SO LONG. Anyhoo, we started a music class which he adores. With the class come cd's which are so fun but after listening to each song 442 times at home and in the car... well they get a little stale, I mean really grow on you. When I have the opportunity to run errands solo, I am queen of rocking out to his music, totally forgetting that I do have other options. I laugh hysterically (at myself) every time I do this. But, he and I do rock out together at the grocery on occasion.
